Description
The Wild 635L uses a quality 35mm f/0.8 lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal monocular reads 12.5 x 10 degrees. It's equipped with a 4x digital zoom to capture additional details. The eye relief distance is 40mm and the exit pupil diameter is 6mm.
Inside the housing of the Wild 635L you'll find the (uncooled, 12µm) 640 by 512px sensor with a refresh rate of 50Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal monocular is <18mK and it's operating between the 8µm and 14µm wavelengths.
The dimensions of this thermal monocular are 190 x 69 x 77mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 505g. This device is rated IP67. It can withstand dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. Operating temperatures range between -20°C and 50°C.
The Wild 635L can be used for surveillance missions, hunting and search and rescue operations.
