Description
The Raptor RQ50L uses a quality 50mm f/0.9 lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal bi-ocular reads 8.8 x 7 degrees. It's equipped with a 16x digital zoom to capture additional details. The eye relief distance is 15mm.
Inside the housing of the Raptor RQ50L you'll find the (uncooled, 12µm) 640 by 512px thermal imaging sensor with a refresh rate of 25Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal bi-ocular is <20mK.
The dimensions of this thermal bi-ocular are 217.5 x 155 x 87.5mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 1120g. This device is rated IP67. It can withstand dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. Operating temperatures range between -30°C and 55°C.
The Raptor RQ50L is suitable for surveillance missions, hunting, law enforcement and search and rescue operations.
