Description
The Raptor RH50LN spots a clear 50mm f/0.9 objective lens collecting thermal radiation. The default field of view on this thermal bi-ocular measures 5.3 by 4 degrees. It has a 16 times digital zoom to enlarge (parts of) the image. It has an eye relief distance of 15mm.
Behind the lens of the Raptor RH50LN you can find the (uncooled, 12 micrometer) 384 x 288 pixel microbolometer refreshing the image at 25Hz. The NETD of this thermal bi-ocular is <20mK.
The measurements of this thermal bi-ocular read 217.5 x 155 x 87.5mm (l/w/h) and the scale reads 1120 grams. This device is rated IP67. It's protected against dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. It handles temperatures between -30°C and 55°C.
The Raptor RH50LN can be utilized in surveillance, hunting trips, law enforcement (police, border patrol etc.) and SAR (Search and Rescue) operations.
