The IR517G contains a crisp 35mm objective lens focusing the available thermal radiation. The field of view on this thermal monocular is 11 by 8.3 degrees. It features a 4 times digital zoom to enlarge your subject.
Behind the lens of the IR517G you can find the (uncooled, 25 micrometer) 400 x 300 pixels core refreshing the image at 30Hz. It's operating within the 7µm to 14µm infrared spectrum.
The physical dimensions of this thermal monocular read 220 x 80 x 71mm (lwh) weighing in at 787 grams. This device is rated IP66. It handles dust, shocks and water (splashes). It's rated for operating in temperatures between -10°C and 40°C.
