The SCOUT PS24 is a thermal monocular made by FLIR and is part of the Scout PS series.

Description

The Scout PS24 houses a clear 19mm objective lens collecting thermal radiation. The default field of view on this thermal monocular measures 24 by 18 degrees.

Behind the lens of the Scout PS24 you can find the (uncooled) 240 x 180 pixel microbolometer refreshing the image at 9Hz. It's operating within the 7.5µm - 13.5µm infrared wavelengths.

The measurements of this thermal monocular read 170 x 59 x 61mm (l/w/h) and the scale reads 340 grams. This device is rated IP67. It's protected against dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. It handles temperatures between -20°C and 50°C.

The Scout PS24 can be utilized in surveillance and hunting trips.
