Description

The Taipan TM15-256 packs a quality 15mm f/1 lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal monocular reads 11.69 x 8.78 degrees. It's equipped with a 8x digital zoom to capture additional details.

Inside the housing of the Taipan TM15-256 you'll find the (uncooled, 12µm) 256 by 192px sensor with a refresh rate of 25Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal monocular is <35mK and it's operating between the 8µm and 14µm wavelengths.

The dimensions of this thermal monocular are 158 x 61 x 57mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 280g. This device is rated IP67. Operating temperatures range between -20°C and 55°C.

The Taipan TM15-256 can be used for surveillance missions and hunting.
