The Ace SA35 uses a quality 35mm lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal monocular reads 17 x 13 degrees. It's equipped with a 4x digital zoom to capture additional details.
Inside the housing of the Ace SA35 you'll find the (uncooled, 17µm) 384 by 288px thermal imaging sensor with a refresh rate of 30Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal monocular is <50mK and it's operating between the 8µm and 14µm wavelengths.
The dimensions of this thermal monocular are 175 x 88 x 50mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 500g. This device is rated IP67. It can withstand dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. Operating temperatures range between -20°C and 60°C.
The Ace SA35 is suitable for surveillance missions, hunting, law enforcement and search and rescue operations.
