The Thermion 2 XP50 Pro houses a clear 50mm f/1 objective lens collecting thermal radiation. The default field of view on this thermal weapon sight measures 12.4 degrees. It has a 8 times digital zoom to enlarge (parts of) the image. It has an eye relief distance of 50mm.
Behind the lens of the Thermion 2 XP50 Pro you can find the (uncooled, 17 micrometer) 640 x 480 pixel microbolometer refreshing the image at 50Hz. The NETD of this thermal weapon sight is <25mK.
The measurements of this thermal weapon sight read 412 x 78 x 83mm (l/w/h) and the scale reads 900 grams. This device is rated IPX7. It's protected against dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. It handles temperatures between -25°C and 50°C.
