The HELION 2 XP50 is a thermal monocular made by Pulsar.
It packs a quality 50mm f/1.2 lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal monocular reads 12.4 x 9.3 degrees. It's equipped with a 8x digital zoom to capture additional details. The eye relief distance is 15mm.
Inside the housing of the Helion 2 XP50 you'll find the (uncooled, 17µm) 640 by 480px sensor with a refresh rate of 50Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal monocular is <40mK.
The dimensions of this thermal monocular are 234 x 55 x 58mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 500g. This device is rated IPX7. It can withstand dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. Operating temperatures range between -25°C and 50°C.
The Helion 2 XP50 can be used for surveillance missions, hunting, law enforcement and search and rescue operations.
