Description
The LM6F houses a clear 25mm f/1 objective lens collecting thermal radiation. The default field of view on this thermal monocular measures 16 by 12 degrees. It has a 2 times digital zoom to enlarge (parts of) the image.
Behind the lens of the LM6F you can find the (uncooled, 17 micrometer) 384 x 288 pixel microbolometer refreshing the image at 50Hz. The NETD of this thermal monocular is <40mK and it's operating within the 8µm - 14µm infrared wavelengths.
The measurements of this thermal monocular read 189 x 74 x 66mm (l/w/h) and the scale reads 500 grams. This device is rated IP67. It's protected against dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. It handles temperatures between -30°C and 55°C.
The LM6F can be utilized in surveillance, hunting trips and SAR (Search and Rescue) operations.
