The General MLX packs a quality 40mm f/1 lens to capture thermal radiation. The field of view (FOV) on this thermal monocular reads 15.2 x 11.5 degrees.
With a refresh rate of 25Hz. The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of this thermal monocular is <50mK and it's operating between the 7.5µm and 14µm wavelengths.
The dimensions of this thermal monocular are 180 x 72 x 52mm (length/width/height) and weighs in at 490g. This device is rated IP67. It can withstand dust, shocks, water (splashes) and submersion under water. Operating temperatures range between -30°C and 50°C.
The General MLX can be used for surveillance missions, hunting, law enforcement and military operations.
