The BEAST-C is a thermal clip-on made by Bering Optics.

Description

The BEAST-C contains a crisp 50mm f/1.2 objective lens focusing the available thermal radiation. The field of view on this thermal clip-on is 6.5 by 5 degrees.

Behind the lens of the BEAST-C you can find the (uncooled, 17 micrometer) 336 x 256 pixels core refreshing the image at 30Hz. The thermal contrast (NETD) of this thermal clip-on is <50mK.

The physical dimensions of this thermal clip-on read 208 x 75 x 75mm (lwh) weighing in at 565 grams. This device is rated IPX67. It handles dust, shocks and water (splashes). It's rated for operating in temperatures between -40°C and 50°C.

The BEAST-C can be used in hunting adventures and police operations.
