The OASYS UTB X LRF houses a clear 75mm objective lens collecting thermal radiation. The default field of view on this thermal bi-ocular measures 8.5 by 6 degrees. It has a 2 times digital zoom to enlarge (parts of) the image.

Behind the lens of the OASYS UTB X LRF you can find the (uncooled, 18 micrometer) 640 x 480 pixel microbolometer refreshing the image at 60Hz. It's operating within the 8µm - 12µm infrared wavelengths.
